Dear Members and Guests,

Our industry may not be the same as it was prior to Covid-19 but we are going above and beyond to ensure the safety of everyone who enters our venue. You, our members will determine the success of the Club, so we respectfully ask for your compliance with all Government requirements, while you are here at Club Heathcote.

You will notice the changes immediately as you enter the Club. Upon being greeted at the main entrance by our staff you will be screened for symptoms. If you are not feeling well, please have respect for others in the community and do not come to the Club.

Initially, whilst we adjust to these conditions, only members are allowed entry. If you are not a member you are welcome to join for just $5. You will be required to swipe your membership card at the foyer kiosk, so that your attendance is recorded. You will receive a receipt of your entry which you are required to retain and produce if requested.
At this time, the Club has a calculated customer capacity of 183 people at any one time. This is less than 30% of our usual operational capacity; as such we ask that you work with us and respect the changes we have in place in regard to the services currently provided.

Beverages - You will be able to order and pay for your drinks at the bar, we have placed markers on the floor to assist with social distancing. Patrons must be seated when consuming alcohol. Standing and drinking at the bar area is not permitted. Contactless EFTPOS will be the preferred payment method for both food and beverage sales. Member prices will be available without card swipes to reduce shared handling of membership cards. Digital memberships will be available if you wish to participate in the points loyalty program, see staff for details.

TAB and Keno - TAB and Keno will be operational. Keno can be played using the self-serve terminal located in the main bar area. We also have a self-serve TAB terminal in the Sports Bar. These wagering services are also available at their respective cashiers, however tickets and communally shared pencils have been removed from tables.

Gaming Machines - Every second Gaming Machine will be unavailable to accommodate social distancing requirements. Players must be seated at all times whilst playing. Machines are for individual players only.
